I had this pair of shoes for almost 2 yrs. and they still feel like if it's the first time I'm putting them on. They are soft and easy to walk with I love to wear them everywhere specially when out doing grocery shopping they help so much with my heel. They don't make you lose weight just wearing them 1/2 hr a day, but I do have notice it on my butt, even my sister in law asked me one day if I was wearing those special jeans that make your butt look bigger and I said no, she asked what I was doing different and I said the only different was that I have bought this shoes. I was so happy when she said that because I too had notice a change but I thought it was my mind playing me because I bought the shoes but for someone else to notice the difference is something else. All I can say is that if you like to walk a lot these shoes are going to help you out if you use them, if you already walk a lot why not use a pair of shoes that will help you with your legs and butt?!I just started about 3 months ago doing Zumba and I use these shoes to do it and they help me a lot. I just love them!!
