Reebok Women's EasyTone Flash Toning Shoe Review

I signed on for a mountain hike that I didn't know would be longer than 10 miles, but in fact it was 10+. I had never walked 10 miles in a single day in all my life...not to my knowledge. Well, these are the shoes I wore that day, and through all the pain in my leg and butt muscles, these shoes continued to do their toning work.
There is a cushy feel to every step which takes some getting used to. When first wearing these, I felt soreness immediately even from short treks; I could also see (and especially feel) results within a week. No pair of shoes has done that for me in the past. The muscle intensity evened out once the targeted muscles were worked more. Of course, you can imagine there was plenty felt going a rigorous 10 miles without a break.
As the brochure that came with these shoes says, there is the most percentage (around 38%) of increased muscle effort in your butt muscles. About half that percentage applies to various leg muscles, for example, thighs and calves. The shoes add a little strenuosity to everyday life, but when I looked at the pictures taken during my hike and saw my rear looking like a million, I said to myself these shoes are worth every penny.
Unless you have very narrow feet, you might order these a half size larger than you usually do. I found the length to be accurate, but because they are of sleek design, there's a narrow feel to them--not so great for my bunions. Nonetheless, after breaking them in, the standard 7.5 I always wear works--stressing the "after breaking them in" part.
I bought these in the silver, and they are standard enough to go with many outfits while also very pretty in a way that attracts glances. I'm sure the brighter colors would be beauties too. It's not every shoe that gets noticed, but that isn't so with these. Loving the compliments.
