I love the workout I get with these shoes. They are not, as another reviewer posted, regular sneakers. They have the rounded sole and in order to get the most from your workout, you must watch the DVD that comes with the shoes which explains how to step in order to maximize your workout. It's a rolling motion from heel to toe and if you follow the directions, you will notice a huge difference in your workout. Powerwalking takes on whole new meaning in these shoes!

The Skechers® Jump Start Shape Up women's fitness shoes were put to the test in a 6-week clinical trial, during which participants were instructed to wear the shoes during their normal activities and typical walking programs.
